  • My education and opportunities have exposed me to an array of business structures, systems, and leadership styles that make me an ideal career coach for many in the mental health world.

    I graduated with my Masters in Social work from the University of Southern California in 2010. Since, I have obtained a Masters in Management, with a concentration of Leadership from Strayer University in 2015.

    I have held multiple leadership roles within the field including Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Director, Program Director, and most recently Practice Owner of PORT Counseling Group.

    Since transitioning to full time private practice in 2019, I have added multiple clinicians, services, and products aimed at ending the stigma of mental health and therapy.

    Most recently, I received training in Brainspotting in 2022.

    I am dedicated to ensuring many others reach an even greater level of what they define as success.

  • Absolutely. I will check in from time to time and depending on what your goals are, I will send feedback and suggestions as you implement strategies from session. There may also be things that you contract me to do between sessions like copy writing, website design, creating processes for your business, etc.

  • $195 for 1:1 Coaching/60 minutes

  • We do not offer refunds.

    We take on mutual responsibility for the progress of the individuals we work with. We help facilitate the process and it is up to the participant to be open to the process and implement what is necessary.
